Material Handling – FMG, Eliwana Mine – Stacker Reclaimer Conveyor Material Handling Conveying System & Accessories FAT (2019 – 2020)

Eliwana, situated 96 kilometers west-northwest of Tom Price in Fortescue’s Western Hub within the Pilbara region, stands as one of FMG’s most recent mines and processing facilities. The Eliwana Operations encompass a remarkable 143 kilometers of new railway, a state-of-the-art Ore Processing Facility capable of handling 30 million tons per annum, a Stockpile equipped with a rail-mounted Stacker-Reclaimer combination, and a Train Load Out Facility, all working together to export high-grade iron ore to Fortescue’s Hedland port facility.
The Stacker Reclaimer Conveyor Material Handling Conveying System, successfully delivered in September 2020. During Manufacturing, Fabrication, JSC took part in Project Management, Project Control, Fabrication Management, Pre-Assembly, E&I, Document Control, Accessory FAT, Commissioning & Quality Control on Behalf of FMG.
